Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise cabling systems operation and maintenance, installation of network equipment, cameras, and other devices.
• Analyze MIS Global Call Center requests to assess user needs and urgency.
• Implement physical networking documentation (fiber optics, layouts) and keep it current.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures within the work area.
• Train, coach, and motivate subordinates to enhance skills and capabilities.
