Job summary

PT Freeport Indonesia Inc. is seeking an Operation Maintenance Foreman for Belt Maintenance C#3. The role involves supervising daily mechanical activities, safety inspections, and planning maintenance to maximize uptime.

You will lead teams, review schedules, and coordinate with warehouse and operations to ensure parts and resources are available while maintaining safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate counterparts and subordinates.
• Ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian and English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily work schedule for subordinates to arrange order of work.
• Lead daily 5-minute safety meetings to ensure understanding of safety procedures.
• Participate in planning meetings and manage backlog to prevent delays.
• Inspect equipment daily to identify wear and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Assist in shutdown planning and ensure spare parts availability.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and supervise staff to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Review Job Safety Analysis for new procedures or equipment utilization.
