Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Bogor, Indonesia seeks a results-oriented professional to drive project monitoring and new product development. You will manage PFC workflows, create dashboards, and prepare informative project reports for clients, the factory, and related departments.

You will administer requests for Hometrade and Export customers, coordinate timelines to ensure OTIF, lead pre-NPD meetings, and align with packaging and manufacturing teams on modifications.

Qualifications

• Familiarity in Project Management & steps and procedure for Product Development process.
• Understand steps and procedure for Packaging Development process, SAP Knowledge and Manufacturing Process.

Responsibilities

• Project Monitoring System: Maintain/Key User for Product Feasibility Check Workflow (PFC); create interactive dashboards; generate project reports for clients and factory.
• New Product Development Project Execution: Administer requests from Hometrade & Export customers for Project Category 1-8; follow detailed planning network/timeline for OTIF of PM.
• Lead bi-weekly pre-NPD meetings; align with factory departments for packaging modifications; review procedures before next steps.
• Arrange product samples for hometrade/export customers and collect 1st production sample; manage sample room.
• Other: create PWO assessment; update KPI/dashboard/reporting data; lead improvement projects beyond regular NPDs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Project Monitoring System
  • Maintain/Key User for Product Feasibility Check Workflow (PFC) for workflow monitoring/improvement activities
  • Create interactive and informative dashboard of each projects to ensure quick response for update request, valid information
  • Create informative reports for project's update to clients, factory and all related dept.
• New Product Development Project Execution
  • Administer the request from Hometrade & Export customers for Project Category 1 to 8, via Product Feasibility Check Workflow (PFC), Product Application Form (PAF), Product Mutation Form (PMF) and Product Deletion Form (PDF)
  • Follow up detailed planning network/timeline for each NPD project to ensure OTIF of Project Management
  • Lead the bi-weekly pre-NPD project meeting, with attendees from P&T, M&E and Project Management team and distribute minutes of meeting
  • Aligning with related departments in the factory, to manage/lead the new modification, new packaging configuration or other development in packaging format
  • Review, check and ensure all procedures of new/modification of packaging development project are done and met, before moving to next step
• Arrange product samples for hometrade/export customer, up until informing the AWB / shipment way bill.
• Collect 1st production sample for new product/project launches and keep in sample room.

  • Create PWO assesment report as per responsibililty
  • Update reporting data (KPI/Dashboard/reporting systems/calendar) as per its cycle (monthly/bimonthly/yearly)
  • Lead improvement projects outside regular NPDs i.e. BPOM changes/address changes/factory improvements/etc as per assigned tasks

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Familiarity in Project Management & steps and procedure for Product Development process.
