Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a logistics coordinator to process orders and prepare cargo for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely shipping.

You will coordinate cargo delivery with logistic partners, maintain reports on operations and expenses, and support IMS, QHSE, and information security controls across the team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in EMKL, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Solid understanding of export-import procedures, domestic shipments, and project logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of customs clearance processes and field operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel/Word).
• Good understanding of QHSE and K3L standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.
• Pack the goods properly for shipping including printing labels, and coordinate cargo delivery with logistic or courier parties.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including risk identification, documentation, and control.
• Foster commitment to IMS requirements across the team and operations.
• Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, or unsafe actions, providing accurate information and reports.
• Engage in information security controls to protect company information assets.

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
