Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking an SILKBPP Operation Staff to support Balikpapan logistics operations. The role focuses on processing customer orders, preparing cargo for delivery, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely shipments.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have 2–3 years in EMKL/freight forwarding or logistics, with knowledge of export/import, customs clearance, and project logistics. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years experience in EMKL/freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong understanding of export, import, domestic shipment, and project logistics.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and field operations.
• Able to coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
• Understanding of QHSE and MK3L aspects.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.
• Pack the goods properly for shipping including printing labels, and coordinate the cargo delivery processes with logistic or courier parties.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.
• Availability of survey invoice reports for work to be carried out.
• Availability of operational methods that meet commercial demands.
