Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, fleet/transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (e.g., Logistics Coordinator, Team Leader) preferred.

Coordinate day to day logistic operations, including shipping, storage, also cargo distribution.2. Supervise warehouse operations, including cargo receiving, storing, sorting, and picking.3. Analyze the performance of logistics operations and create strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service to customers. General Responsibilities1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.4.
