Siloam International Hospitals is Indonesia’s leading healthcare provider. We are seeking a Pharmacy Inventory Officer to monitor and control the inventory of pharmaceutical services across outpatient and inpatient units, ensuring stock availability and proper stock cards.

The role requires a Diploma/Associate Degree in Pharmacy, experience with inventory systems, and knowledge of pharmaceutical storage regulations. You will report to the warehouse and support hospital-wide indicators.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Associate degree in Pharmacy required.
• Experience in inventory systems and stock control.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical storage.
• Strong problem-solving for inventory discrepancies and supply chain issues.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment across outpatient and inpatient units.
• Ensure stock availability and maintain stock cards for each item.
• Oversee ordering and receiving drugs to align with fixed stock system.
• Prepare data and reports: sales, stock, expiring items, damaged items, transactions.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data/reporting for satellite pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
• Verify patient data and delivery of medicines with correct quantity and expiry date.
• Adhere to quality and safety procedures and participate in training and data collection.
