Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team in Indonesia. You will support prescriptions, prepare and dispense medicines, check accuracy against doctor orders, and counsel patients on medication use and safety.

The role requires minimum high school graduate in Pharmacy, at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency with pharmacy technology and electronic health records. You will manage inventory and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive prescriptions, compound and prepare medicines, and distribute to patients per standards.
• Check prescription copies and invoices against doctor's orders to ensure accuracy.
• Explain usage, storage and effects of medicines to patients and families.
• Manage inventory and record daily receipts and outgoing medicines.
• Support corporate insurance/company guarantee prescriptions and patient guidance.
