Siloam Sriwijaya Palembang is seeking a pharmacy staff to support daily pharmaceutical services, including intake of prescriptions, preparation, and patient counseling. The role involves accurate labeling, dispensing, and coordination with inpatient and outpatient units.

You will help maintain inventory, ensure compliance with quality standards, and contribute to efficient service in a busy hospital pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Graduate from Pharmacy.
• At least 1 year work experience in the same field.
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, including automated dispensing systems and electronic health records.
• High attention to detail for accurate medication preparation and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as handling prescriptions and maintaining inventory.

Responsabilités

• Support pharmaceutical services including receiving prescriptions, compounding and preparing medicines, and distributing medicines to outpatient and inpatient units.
• Serve patients at the pharmacy counter according to queue data, providing information, confirming prices, and advising on alternatives when needed.
• Carry out preparation and compounding of medicines, including dose calculation, labeling, and packaging.
• Double-check prescriptions and invoices against original prescriptions before dispensing to patients.
• Hand over medicines to patients with proper instruction on usage, safety, and storage, and communicate rules of use to patients and their families.
• Check, store, and record goods received from the warehouse and track outgoing stock in accordance with procedures.
• Conduct periodic checks of medicines and medical devices to ensure inventory accuracy and appropriateness.
• Maintain neatness and completeness of daily prescriptions before filing.
