Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to analyze existing processes, gather BRD requirements, and plan timely delivery of projects that meet business goals. You will drive digitalization, train key users, and collaborate across functions to optimize manufacturing performance.

The role involves supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives, coordinating with IT and operations, and monitoring KPIs to ensure sustained improvements within a proactive team in West Java, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in industrial/ manufacturing/ information systems or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing process improvement or continuous improvement roles preferred.
• Familiarity with Digital Technology for Improvement Process and SAP/ MES is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business requirements to understand, gather requirements, validate, and document them into a BRD to guide stakeholders.
• Create a plan to ensure timely delivery of a product meeting business requirements, quality metrics, and customer expectations using proper project methodology.
• Develop, train, and support key users to build system and process capability within the manufacturing organization.
• Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives in the manufacturing area and participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
• Manage relations and collaboration with related functions and external partners to maintain alignment of business objectives and compliance.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate current process/activities of the project to improve effectiveness and efficiency, solving obstacles with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs post-implementation to ensure sustained improvements.
• Act as a liaison between operations and IT teams to enhance and troubleshoot SAP functionalities related to manufacturing (production orders, BOM, routings, confirmations).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement or continuous improvement roles.
• Have good knowledges about Digital Technology for Improvement Process, Tech Savvy.
• Familiar with SAP PP/MM.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and/or shop-floor manufacturing systems is an advantage
