Job summary

ParagonCorp in Indonesia is seeking a Transformation Leader to drive strategic initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution, delivering operational excellence and clear SOPs. The role requires evaluating end-to-end workflows and implementing improvements with a focus on risk management.

The candidate will define KPIs, oversee process automation, and foster a data-driven culture across functions, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders and continuous performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, SCM, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in process transformation, internal audit, supply chain, internal control, or manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation (SAP/Oracle).

• Identify and drive continuous improvements across end-to-end workflows — spanning production, procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics — with careful consideration of risk and the establishment of clear policies and standard operating procedures.
• Identify, Evaluate and implement automation solutions to improve process efficiency
• Define and track key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in process transformation, internal audit, supply chain, internal control, or manufacturing operations
• Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation (SAP/Oracle)
• Proven expertise in process automation, data-driven performance improvement, and supply chain analytics.
• Preferably from FMCG / manufacturing / retail
• Strong analytical & data-driven mindset
• Having experience in Consulting firm is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse functions.
