Job summary

Arya Noble seeks a Manufacturing Process Improvement professional to analyze, optimize, and document core production processes. You will identify bottlenecks, define BRDs, and drive projects that align with business goals and quality standards.

Expect to collaborate across functions, support Industry 4.0 initiatives, and coach users on systems like SAP and MES. The role emphasizes delivering measurable improvements, maintaining compliance, and partnering with IT and operations to sustain gains

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
3–4 years in manufacturing with process improvement focus.
Knowledge of digital technologies for process improvement and tech savviness.
Familiarity with SAP PP/MM and MES/shop-floor systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Gather and document business requirements into BRD for stakeholders.
Create delivery plans to meet business requirements, quality metrics, and customer expectations.
Develop, train, and support key users to build system capability.
Support Industry 4.0 initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects.
Collaborate with related functions and external partners to align objectives and compliance.
Monitor KPIs post-implementation and drive sustained improvements.
Bridge operations and IT to enhance SAP manufacturing functionalities.
