Job summary

Arya Noble in Indonesia is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and plan improvements that meet business requirements.

You will document requirements, support SAP PP/MM and MES, drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, and collaborate with IT and operations to sustain KPI-driven improvements. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement or continuous improvement
• Knowledges about Digital Technology for Improvement Process; Tech Savvy
• Familiar with SAP PP/MM
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business requirements to understand, gather requirements, validate, and document them into a BRD as a guide for stakeholders.
• Create a plan to ensure timely delivery of a product that meets business requirements, quality metrics, and customer expectations.
• Develop, train, and support key users to build system and process capability within the manufacturing organization.
• Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives in the manufacturing area and participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
• Manage relations and collaboration with related functions and external partners to maintain alignment of objectives and compliance.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate current process activities to improve effectiveness and fix obstacles in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs post-implementation to ensure sustained improvements.
• Act as a liaison between operations and IT teams to enhance and troubleshoot SAP functionalities related to manufacturing (production orders, BOM, routings, confirmations)

• Create a plan to ensure timely delivery of a product that meets business requirements, quality metrics, and customer expectations by using proper project methodology.
• Develop, train, and support key users to build system and process capability within the manufacturing organization.
• Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives in the manufacturing area and participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
• Manage relations and collaboration with related functions and external partners to maintain the alignment of business objectives and compliance.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate the current process/activities of the project to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the process and fix problems and obstacles by working closely and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement or continuous improvement roles.
• Have good knowledges about Digital Technology for Improvement Process, Tech Savvy.
• Familiar with SAP PP/MM.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and/or shop-floor manufacturing systems is an advantage
