Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to analyze and optimize current manufacturing processes, document requirements, and drive digitalization initiatives. You will collaborate with operations and IT to ensure SAP-related manufacturing functionalities meet business needs and deliver measurable improvements.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Information Systems and 3–4 years in a manufacturing environment focused on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–4 years in a manufacturing environment with process improvement focus.
• Knowledge of digital technology for process improvement; tech-savvy.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP PP/MM or other manufacturing ERP modules.
• Knowledge of MES and/or shop-floor manufacturing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements into a BRD guiding stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Create plans to deliver a product meeting requirements, quality metrics, and customer expectations.
• Develop, train, and support key users to build system and process capability.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects and Kaizen workshops.
• Coordinate with related functions and external partners to align business objectives and compliance.
• Analyze and monitor project processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency and resolve obstacles with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs post-implementation to ensure sustained improvements.
• Act as liaison between operations and IT to enhance SAP functionalities in manufacturing (production orders, BOM, routings, confirmations).

Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business requirements to understand, gather requirements, validate, and document them into a Business Requirements Document (BRD) as a guide for stakeholders to ensure the objective of the project can be achieved.
• Create a plan to ensure timely delivery of a product that meets business requirements, quality metrics, and customer expectations by using proper project methodology.
• Develop, train, and support key users to build system and process capability within the manufacturing organization.
• Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives in the manufacturing area and participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
• Manage relations and collaboration with related functions and external partners to maintain the alignment of business objectives and compliance.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate the current process/activities of the project to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process and fix problems and obstacles by working closely and collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs post-implementation to ensure sustained improvements
• Act as a liaison between operations and IT teams to enhance and troubleshoot SAP functionalities related to manufacturing (e.g., production orders, BOM, routings, confirmations)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement or continuous improvement roles.
• Have good knowledges about Digital Technology for Improvement Process, Tech Savvy.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP PP/MM or other manufacturing-related ERP modules
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and/or shop-floor manufacturing systems is an advantage
