Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia seeks an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to lead SAP HCM implementation and enhancements, aligning with client processes and project objectives.

Responsibilities include translating requirements, configuring PA, OM, TM and Payroll, supporting tests and go-live, documenting processes, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, and Payroll.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• At least one full-cycle SAP implementation experience or minimum 2 years of support experience. SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Having SAP HCM certification is an advantage.

3. Support project activities throughout implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, testing (Unit Test, SIT, UAT), and go-live support.
4. Develop and maintain functional documentation, business process documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
5. Assist in troubleshooting system issues and provide timely resolution for production support tickets.
6. Ensure system configuration aligns with company policies, HR regulations, and best practices.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
8. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
