Job summary

Crowe Indonesia seeks an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to lead and optimize HRIS implementations across client environments. You will analyze requirements, design configurations, and ensure alignment with HR policies and project goals.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills with hands-on experience in PA, OM, and Payroll, and preference for SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA. Based in Jakarta, on-site engagement with clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules: OM, PA, and Payroll.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, IS, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for HCM processes and translate into SAP solutions.
• Perform configuration and customization of PA, OM, TM, and Payroll modules.
• Support implementation lifecycle: configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Develop functional docs, business process documents, and test scripts.

Job description

As SAP HCM Consultant, you will be managing SAP HCM implementation and enhancement activities independently, ensuring effective solutions that align with client business processes and project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to Human Capital Management processes, and translate them into effective SAP system solutions.
• Perform configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
• Support project activities throughout implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, testing (Unit Test, SIT, UAT), and go-live support.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, business process documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and provide timely resolution for production support tickets.
• Ensure system configuration aligns with company policies, HR regulations, and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Payroll.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• At least one full-cycle SAP implementation experience or minimum 2 years of support experience. Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Having SAP HCM certification is an advantage.
