Job summary

Atreus Global is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and EC configurations for client projects. You will translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, configure rules and workflows, and support integrations with other HR systems.

The role requires strong HR process knowledge, 2+ years in SuccessFactors, and experience with EC. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams and contribute to documentation and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting environment.
• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Good understanding of core HR processes: Employee Data, Organizational & Position Management, Workflows, Time Management.
• Experience configuring Business Rules, Workflows, RBPs, and EC objects.
• Experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation or 2+ support projects.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP is a strong advantage.
• Willing to work in a client-facing consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Configure and support Employee Central (EC) and related SuccessFactors modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure business rules, workflows, objects, permissions, and other system components.
• Support integration between SuccessFactors and other HR or third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, custom developments, and reports.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and project deliverables.
• Support data migration and validation activities where required.
• Plus point if you have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Performance & Goals, or Learning.
