Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of import documentation and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure supplies and materials for daily operations (ME, Interior, Architecture).
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP for goods to be procured.
• Provide and analyze price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Assist in preparing and managing customs clearance documentation.
• Support the clearance process for imported goods.
• Coordinate with internal users across hotels, projects, and the holding company.
