Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer in Jakarta to design and deliver robust ABAP solutions across HR processes and payroll. You will work in a team to implement end-to-end SAP HC/HCM modules and integrate with external systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on ABAP development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Banking sector exposure is a plus, and SAP SuccessFactors familiarity is welcome.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
• Strong experience in SAP HC/HCM modules and payroll processes.
• Experience in SAP integration with external systems and APIs.
• Proficient in ABAP programming covering Reports, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration.
• Experience in banking sector or large institutions is a plus.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
