Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) seeks a SAP ABAP Developer in Indonesia to design and enhance ABAP solutions for HC/HCM, including RICEF objects. You will contribute to end-to-end HC/HCM processes such as OM, PA, TM, and Payroll, and build interfaces with external systems.

You will collaborate with functional consultants, perform debugging and performance tuning, and support testing and deployment activities to ensure stable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HC/HCM modules.
• Good understanding of end-to-end SAP HC/HCM processes: OM, PA, TM, Payroll.
• Hands-on experience in SAP integration with external systems: interfaces and APIs.
• Strong ABAP programming skills: Reports & ALV, BAPI, BAdI, User Exit, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SAP HC/HCM processes (OM/PA/TM/Payroll).

• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for reliability and performance.
• Support testing activities: Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, deployment and post-deployment support.

Job description

• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP solutions based on business requirements, particularly for the Human Capital (HC/HCM) function.
• Develop and maintain ABAP objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).
• Support end-to-end SAP HC/HCM processes, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and external systems through interfaces/API.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
• Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT, as well as deployment and post-deployment support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant major
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HC/HCM modules.
• Good understanding of end-to-end SAP HC/HCM processes, from Organizational Management and Personnel Administration through Time Management and Payroll.
• Hands-on experience in SAP integration with external systems, including interfaces and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including:
  - Reports & ALV
  - BAPI
  - BAdI
  - User Exit
  - Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the banking industry or other large-scale organizations is a plus.
• Experience in SAP HC/HCM implementation or rollout projects.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
