Job summary

SIGMATECH invites a SAP ABAP Developer to design and enhance ABAP solutions aligned with HC/HCM requirements. You will develop and maintain ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms, and support end-to-end HC/HCM processes from OM to Payroll.

You will integrate SAP with external systems via interfaces and APIs, collaborate with Functional Consultants, perform debugging and performance tuning, and support testing activities from Unit Testing to UAT and

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HC/HCM modules.
• End-to-end SAP HC/HCM understanding from OM/PA to TM and Payroll.
• Hands-on SAP integration with external systems via interfaces/APIs.
• Proficient ABAP programming: Reports/ALV, BAPI, BAdI, User Exit, forms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Job description

Develop and enhance SAP ABAP solutions based on business requirements, particularly for the Human Capital (HC/HCM) function.

Develop and maintain ABAP objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).

Support end-to-end SAP HC/HCM processes, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.

Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and external systems through interfaces/API.

Collaborate with Functional Consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.

Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.

Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT, as well as deployment and post-deployment support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant major

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HC/HCM modules.

Good understanding of end-to-end SAP HC/HCM processes, from Organizational Management and Personnel Administration through Time Management and Payroll.

Hands-on experience in SAP integration with external systems, including interfaces and APIs.

Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including:

• - Reports & ALV
• - BAPI
• - BAdI
• - User Exit
• - Smart Forms / Adobe Forms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the banking industry or other large-scale organizations is a plus.

Experience in SAP HC/HCM implementation or rollout projects.

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
