Job summary

SIGMATECH is looking for an SAP ABAP Developer to join our Jakarta team. You will work on SAP HC/HCM modules, payroll processes, and integrations with external systems to ensure seamless data flows and compliant HR processes.

Requirements include 2–3 years of SAP ABAP experience, strong ABAP skills (Report, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Smartforms, Adobe Forms), and good teamwork. The role is fully on-site (WFO) in Jakarta with potential preference for those familiar with large institutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
• Strong experience in SAP HC/HCM modules and payroll processes.
• Experience with SAP integrations and interfaces with external systems.
• Proficient ABAP skills including Report, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Smartforms, Adobe Forms.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job description

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.

Strong experience in SAP HC/HCM modules and understanding of end-to-end HC processes, including payroll.

Experienced in SAP integration with external systems, including interfaces and APIs.

Proficient in ABAP Programming, including Report, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.

Experience in the banking industry or large-scale institutions is a plus.

Experience in SAP HC implementation or rollout projects is preferred.

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage

Willing to fully WFO
