Job summary

PT. Midas Daya Teknologi is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design and enhance ABAP objects and to support HC/HCM processes including payroll. You will work with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.

The role requires strong debugging, performance tuning, and experience with interfaces/APIs, reports, ALV, BAPI, BADI, and forms. Join a dynamic IT consulting team delivering core HR solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
• Strong experience in SAP HC/HCM modules and payroll processes.
• Familiar with SAP integration and external systems (interfaces/APIs).
• Proficient in ABAP programming including Reports, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Smartforms/Adobe Forms.

• Conduct development and enhancements using ABAP according to HC business needs
• Manage and develop ABAP objects such as Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF)
• Understand and support end-to-end Human Capital processes (Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll)
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Support testing (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and deployment

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer
• Strong experience in SAP HC/HCM modules
• End-to-end understanding of HC and payroll processes
• Familiarity with SAP integration and external systems (interface/API)
• Proficient in ABAP programming (Report, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Smartform/Adobe Form)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communicative and able to work in a team
