Job summary

PT Midas Daya Teknologi is looking for an SAP ABAP Developer in Jakarta Timur, Indonesia. The successful candidate will conduct development and enhancements using ABAP and support end-to-end Human Capital processes.

With a minimum of 4 years experiencing, candidates should have strong knowledge in SAP HC/HCM modules and be able to manage ABAP objects effectively. The role requires superb analytical and problem-solving skills along with teamwork abilities.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct development and enhancements using ABAP according to HC business needs
• Manage and develop ABAP objects such as Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF)
• Understand and support end-to-end Human Capital processes (Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll)
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Support testing (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and deployment

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer
• Strong experience in SAP HC/HCM modules
• End-to-end understanding of HC and payroll processes
• Familiarity with SAP integration and external systems (interface/API)
• Proficient in ABAP programming (Report, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Smartform/Adobe Form)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communicative and able to work in a team
