Job summary

PT Harrisma Informatika Jaya is seeking a Presales Consultant for SaaS CRM Salesforce Apps Solution Division in Jakarta. You will train sales teams and customers, tailor Salesforce solutions, and deliver engaging demos to showcase value.

You will collaborate with sales, answer technical questions, and help craft proposals while staying current with Salesforce updates. The role requires 3+ years in presales, strong Salesforce/API knowledge, relevant certifications, and excellent English

Qualifications

3+ years in Technical Project or Presales within Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong technical background with Salesforce products and APIs.
Salesforce certification is a priority (Admin/Cloud Consultant).
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Creative problem solving and customer-focused mindset.
Able to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Work independently and in a team; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Conduct product training for sales teams and customers/end users.
Collaborate with sales to understand requirements and provide pre-sales technical support.
Design and present customized Salesforce solutions addressing client needs.
Develop compelling presentations and demos illustrating features and benefits.
Answer technical questions and advise on best practices and implementation strategies.
Assist in proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs for technical accuracy.
Stay updated on Salesforce product updates and industry trends.
Facilitate smooth handover to implementation team post-sale.
