Job summary

Indesso Group seeks a Salesforce professional to develop, customize, and configure Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud). You will analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement features including objects, automation, Apex, and Lightning components.

Role requires 3+ years in Salesforce development/administration, strong CRM knowledge, and integration experience with APIs and SAP. Collaboration with IT, Sales, and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and CRM fundamentals.
• Proficient in Apex Programming, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data models, including objects and relationships.
• Familiar with Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Experienced in Workflow, Process Automation, and Salesforce Flow.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end project implementation, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, particularly with IT, Sales, and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce features, including:

Standard and custom objects

Workflows, Process Builder, and Flow automation

Apex components (triggers, classes, and batch processes)

Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as APIs, middleware platforms, SAP, and other enterprise applications.

Perform system testing, including unit testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and perform bug fixes for CRM applications.

Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Salesforce functionality and user experience.

Requirements :
