Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance in Ambon is seeking a Sales Supervisor responsible for achieving sales targets in the designated area. You will conduct daily visits to merchants, build strong relationships with PIC stores, and ensure that promotional programs and POP material placements run smoothly.

You will oversee 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitor daily activities, provide field training, and coordinate with partner operations to gather sales intelligence and address field issues.

Qualifications

• Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area.
• Good communication skill and marketing skill with media social.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.
