Job summary

PT SEMPURNA ELEKTRIKA, a distributor and reseller of world-class electrical and automation products, invites applications for a Sales & Technical Engineer.

You will communicate with customers, visit regularly, review inquiries, follow up quotations, and coordinate with production, logistics, or finance to meet requirements. Preference for Jakarta Barat domicile.

Qualified candidates hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree; sales/marketing experience is a plus and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing is an advantage
• Positive attitude is a must
• Prefer Domiciled in Jakarta Barat

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a professional and timely manner (via email, phone, or other channels).
• Visit customers regularly to maintain relationships and explore new opportunities.
• Receive and review customer inquiries and requirements.
• Follow up on quotations to ensure timely responses and convert inquiries into orders.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and support the sales team as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, logistics, or finance) to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct regular site visits to customers for relationship building, project follow-up, and identifying new opportunities.
• Keep detailed records of communications, inquiries, and quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any related issues promptly.
• Report quotation status and updates to the sales team or management.
