Job summary

PT Etrama Nusa Energi in Indonesia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and execute strategies that achieve panel maker sales targets and grow the customer base.

You will identify opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and business partners, and coordinate with internal technical teams to tailor effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the panel maker industry; candidates with prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or related commercial roles are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
• Good understanding of electrical panel maker products and applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Business-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve panel maker sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and business partners.
• Understand customer and project requirements and coordinate with internal technical/engineering teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations while managing the sales process from lead generation, quotation, and negotiation through to order confirmation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential projects to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates to management.
