Job summary

PT Sasatoku Indonesia seeks a Sales & Business Support professional with Japanese speaker capability. The role requires handling quotations, orders, POs, and coordinating delivery for local and export goods.

You will verify order details, monitor progress, and assist in resolving customer issues with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma, have JLPT N3, and are proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma's degree from any major.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Must have min JLPT N3.
• Experience as Sales support in Japanese Trading company/Manufacturing company.
• Willing to work full WFO setup.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage price quotations, sales orders and Purchase Orders (PO) from customer.
• Verify order details, including SKU, quantity, price, delivery requirements, and delivery date requirement.
• Monitor orders from PO receipt until delivery completion and follow up on payment and invoice status.
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of local and export goods with related parties
• Coordinate product development, trials, etc based on customer requirements.
• Attend to client complaints, follow up for solutions and coordinate with relevant department to solve the issue.
• Support sales reconciliation and month-end closing by providing order and delivery information.
• Negotiating with a supplier for the best price.
• Japanese Director support.
• Perform additional duties, assignments, and special projects as directed by management.
