PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a counter sales professional in Indonesia to handle parts quotations, ordering, and expediting for heavy equipment. The role requires a technical education background and at least one year in a similar counter sales capacity, focusing on accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing billing documents, managing warehouse workflow, conduct core inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in the branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK in Technical major.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Counter from Heavy Equipment Industry.

Responsabilités

• Execute parts quotation processes from customer inquiries and validate data in the system.
• Execute parts ordering processes, validate quotation against PO/SO, item, quantity, price and activate quotation.
• Execute parts expediting to ensure OTIF targets by monitoring orders and following up on delays.
• Prepare documents for parts billing and dispatch supporting documents for processing.
• Perform Counterman tasks including warehouse processes and core inspection as per branch capability.
• Follow SHE and CC procedures to maintain safety and environmental compliance.
