• Process Optimization Management: streamline sales workflows; develop SOPs to improve efficiency by 15–20%
• Bid Documentation Excellence: compile technical and commercial data for compliant bid documents; aim for >90% bid success
• Conference Support: design professional PPTs and provide end-to-end conference support
• Data Governance & Reporting: manage sales data lifecycle and develop standardized reporting templates; maintain high data accuracy
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: facilitate workflows across departments to reduce resolution time to <2 business days
