Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, finance, marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, processes, and business metrics (revenue, conversion rates, market share).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, clean, and interpret large datasets.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and forecasting methods to support planning.
• Strong communication to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with accuracy in data reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Chinese and English language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify KPIs such as sales volume, revenue, and regional performance.
• Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for management, highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain gaps and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide data-driven insights for territory planning and campaigns.
• Evaluate the performance of sales initiatives and products on profitability.
