Qualifications

• 1. Experience with process optimization and SOP development.

• 3. Ability to design professional presentations.
• 4. Knowledge of data governance and reporting practices.
• 5. Collaboration across tech/finance/other teams.

Responsibilities

• Support 3–6 month JD Young Internship projects in operations and logistics.
• Contribute to process improvements and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in preparing bid documents and client presentations.
• Help manage data quality and reporting templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
