Qualifications

• Good communication and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
• 1–2 years' experience in retail gadget sales as a Supervisor.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong market and data analysis skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Expand new customers/dealers and build relationships with dealers and team members.
• Enhance store image and improve product branding.
• Responsible for achieving monthly sell-through and sell-out targets.
• Oversee promoter performance with trainers to ensure smooth operations.
• Update job assessments monthly based on regional and country strategies.
