Job summary

PT. KAIYU PACKING TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA seeks an experienced Accounting & Finance leader to build our systems from the ground up in Cikarang Selatan. You will shape procedures, implement charts of accounts, and establish controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Experience building or developing Accounting & Finance systems from scratch.
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, reconciliation, and taxation.
• Understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, integrity, responsible, and accustomed to working with targets.
• Experience in manufacturing companies is an added value.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop, and implement Accounting & Finance systems and procedures from the initial stage
• Prepare SOPs, workflows, chart of accounts, and internal control systems
• Manage financial transactions, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports accurately and on time
• Manage budgeting, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and cost control
• Ensure the company fulfils its tax obligations in accordance with Indonesian regulations
• Prepare documents and data required for audit purposes
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Lead and evaluate the work of the Accounting & Finance team
