PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia (Dunlop) is seeking a Sales Staff OEM to drive growth in Jakarta. Based in our office, you will manage OEM relationships, identify opportunities, and target the automotive and industrial sectors.

The role focuses on handling RFQ, quotations, new projects, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs, including China OEM customers. Fresh graduates and those with up to three years' experience are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in public speaking and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage OEM relationships and handle customer requirements for China OEM customers.
• Handle RFQ, quotations, new projects, and customer activities from inquiry through SOP/mass production.
• Monitor customer forecast, orders, sales volume, and business performance.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding operational matters.

About the role
PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia (Dunlop) is seeking a Sales Staff OEM to join our dynamic sales team in Jakarta. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta office, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) segment. As Sales Staff OEM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role is essential to our commercial success and directly contributes to expanding our market presence in the automotive and industrial sectors.

As a window person for customer OEM.

Manage OEM customer relationships and handle customer requirements, particularly for China OEM customers.

Manage RFQ, quotation, new project, and customer activities from initial inquiry through SOP/mass production.

Monitor customer forecast, orders, sales volume, and business performance.

Coordinate with related departments regarding operational matters.

This manpower request is for substitution, not additional.

There will be no change to the total number of department members.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economic or Industrial Engineering

Open to Fresh Graduates and candidates with up to 3 years working experience.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in public speaking and presentation.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
