Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Sales Staff for an OEM client in Jakarta. You will coordinate with China-based OEM partners, manage orders, shipments, and inventory, and ensure compliance with procedures.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics, 3 years of OEM automotive sales experience in Indonesia, and good English. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related major.
• Conversational level of English.
• 3 years of experience in sales to OEM Automotive companies in Indonesia.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
• CV must be in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communications and follow-ups with OEM partners.
• Monitor and manage orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations for OEM operations.
• Assist in onboarding OEM projects, including documentation and scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Track progress of new initiatives and report to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain records and documentation related to OEM activities.
