Sales Specialist - B2B Jewerly Manufacturing & Trading

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly communicative, and proactive Sales Specialist to join our B2B Jewelry Manufacturing & Trading team in Bali.

In this role, you will act as the vital bridge connecting our corporate clients (jewelry brands, large retailers, and distributors) with our internal factory production teams. This is an office-based position focused on client account management and production coordination (NO door-to-door sales, canvas, or cold-calling involved).

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing order requests, handling design revisions, and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Accurately translate client design specifications and coordinate closely with internal teams (Production, PPIC, QC) at the factory.

Reporting & Administration: Maintain up-to-date order status documentation, manage related paperwork, and prepare simple progress reports for clients and management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Diploma / S1 in any major.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales, account management, sales administration, or client services.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in the Jewelry Manufacturing Industry will be a strong advantage.

Fluent in English (both written & spoken) to seamlessly communicate with international or corporate clients.

Exceptional communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.

High attention to detail (detail-oriented), well‑organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple order deadlines effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Willing to work full‑time onsite in Denpasar, Bali.
