Job summary

PT Kapit Mas in Denpasar, Bali, seeks a Sales Merchandiser – Jewelry Manufacturing to act as the main coordination point between customers and internal departments throughout the order process. This is an office-based role and does not involve canvassing or field sales.

You will work with RD&D, Production, PPIC, QC, and other teams to monitor orders, ensure requirements are met, and maintain accurate records while keeping customers informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Merchandising, Customer Service, Sales Administration, or Order Management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor B2B customer orders from receipt through completion.
• Communicate with customers regarding product requirements, order status, revisions, and progress updates.
• Coordinate customer requirements with RD&D, Production, PPIC, QC, and other related departments.
• Monitor production progress and conduct regular follow-up to ensure orders stay within timeline.
• Maintain accurate order status, documentation, and related records.
