Kapit Mas, a Bali-based jewelry manufacturer, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues and to perform routine maintenance across equipment.

You will identify root causes, implement effective solutions, conduct on-site visits to clients, and explain technical details clearly. The role requires independent work and collaboration with teams; Saturdays and Sundays off are provided, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or software-related issues.
• Able to explain technical information clearly and simply.

Job Description

Troubleshoot technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and software problems.

Identify the root causes of technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Conduct regular customer visits to support technical problem-solving.

Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.

Carry out software updates and equipment repairs.

Explain technical issues and solutions clearly and simply to customers.

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure technical issues are properly resolved.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is preferred.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or software-related issues.

Able to explain technical information in a clear and simple manner.

Willing to conduct customer visits and field work.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
