Job summary

PT Naga Mandala is seeking an experienced Jewelry Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to designs, and consistent quality. You will collaborate with artisans and workshops, monitor schedules, and drive improvements in efficiency and waste reduction.

The role requires hands-on experience in jewelry making, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in jewelry production or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of jewelry-making processes and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple production orders simultaneously.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with artisans and production teams.
• Experience with silver, gold, gemstones, or other jewelry materials is a plus.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
• Basic to conversational English communication skills.
