Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Kecamatan Jatinangor. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage existing accounts, and support revenue growth through effective product and service promotion. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and current customers, presenting product features and benefits, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to coordinate delivery and customer support, and participating in sales meetings and performance reviews. The Sales Specialist may assist in training team members on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve overall team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.
• Demonstrated Sales experience in meeting or exceeding targets, managing pipelines, and converting leads into successful transactions.
• Ability to assist with Training related to sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement practices.
• Experience or familiarity with Sales Management activities such as reporting, monitoring performance, and contributing to sales strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
