SALES & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST – BALI OFFICE
Monthly Salary + Sales Bonus / Commission

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Sales & Social Media Specialist to join our team in Sukawati, Bali.

We are not looking for someone who only posts content. We are looking for a candidate who understands how to use TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to increase engagement, attract potential customers, generate leads, and support sales growth.

This position is suitable for someone with strong experience in social media management, content creation, digital sales, and customer communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Sales, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field
• Strong experience managing TikTok and Instagram professionally
• Understands how to create engaging content that can improve reach, views, followers, and engagement
• Creative in developing content ideas, short videos, TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, captions, and promotional concepts
• Understands social media trends and growth strategies
• Able to follow and adapt current TikTok and Instagram trends
• Good English communication skills, especially for communicating with international customers
• Experienced in handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversations
• Strong communication and sales closing skills
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve higher sales performance
• Disciplined, responsible, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
• Willing to work FULL TIME – ON SITE in Sukawati, Bali

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and grow the company’s TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels
• Develop creative content ideas based on products, target customers, and current trends
• Create and post content consistently, especially TikTok videos and Instagram Reels
• Monitor social media trends and turn relevant trends into effective promotional content
• Increase followers, reach, engagement, leads, and sales through social media
• Respond to comments, direct messages, chats, and customer inquiries
• Follow up with potential customers until sales are closed
• Actively find and develop new sales opportunities through social media
• Support sales activities through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Review content performance and identify ways to improve results
• Contribute directly to increasing company revenue through social media
