Job summary

Magnum Estate in Badung, Bali is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee daily social media operations for our property brand, ensuring engaging content across platforms and compelling showcases of our projects.

You will develop and manage content calendars, supervise multi-channel presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads), create copy and visuals, manage paid campaigns, respond to inquiries, and report on KPIs while aligning with Sales and Marketing for consistent

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for property, real estate, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to translate value propositions into engaging narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with launches and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain active presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, etc.
• Create or coordinate content production including copywriting, short-form video, and visuals.
• Translate property value propositions into compelling content narratives.
• Manage and optimize paid ads across platforms, including targeting and budget.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries from prospective buyers and engage the audience.
• Monitor KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
• Identify influencers for show unit visits and launch events.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Management for consistent branding.
• Support employer branding content to attract talent.

About the role

Magnum Estate is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. This is a contract role where you will oversee the daily social media operations of our property brand, ensuring our audience stays engaged and our projects are showcased compellingly across all platforms.

What you'll be doing

Develop and manage monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with property launches and marketing campaigns

Manage and maintain active presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, etc

Create or coordinate content production including copywriting, short-form video (YouTube Shorts/Reels/TikTok), and visual/design assets

Translate property value propositions — location, amenities, and lifestyle — into compelling content narratives

Manage and optimize paid ads across all social media platforms, including targeting, budgeting, and performance monitoring

Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries from prospective buyers while building organic engagement

Monitor KPIs (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, leads) and produce regular performance reports

Identify and manage KOL/influencer collaborations for show unit visits and project launch events

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Support employer branding content to attract and engage potential talent

What we're looking for

Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role within the property, real estate, or lifestyle industry

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple content pipelines and meet deadlines consistently

Excellent attention to detail in content quality, brand consistency, and performance data

Sound knowledge of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and digital marketing trends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and community engagement

Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong copywriting ability in both languages
