About the role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join PT Bangun Eksotis Nugraha in Badung, Bali. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in building and maintaining our brand presence across digital platforms. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, build community, and support our business objectives. This role is essential to our digital marketing efforts and will have a direct impact on how our audience connects with our brand online.

What you'll be doing

Develop, create and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc

Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines

Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages and enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach and conversions

Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices to optimise content strategy

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content creation and management to ensure consistent messaging

Manage social media advertising budgets and optimise paid campaigns for maximum return on investment

Build and nurture online communities through engagement strategies and relationship management

Identify and partner with influencers or brand advocates to expand reach and credibility

Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting schedules

What we're looking for

Proven experience working as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role for at least 2-3 years

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their unique features, algorithms and best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content

Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social or similar platforms

Experience with social media analytics and data interpretation to inform strategy decisions

Creative mindset with the ability to develop original ideas and innovative campaign concepts

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO basics and paid advertising strategies

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software

Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Experience in the hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or e-commerce industries is highly desirable

Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred
