Job summary

PT Multi Elexindo Indah in Jakarta is seeking an energetic Sales Showroom & Admin Support for high-end kitchen appliances. You will greet visitors, provide product consultations, close sales, prepare quotations, and manage data entry while supporting cooking demo events and maintaining a pristine reception area.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher in Communications, Marketing, or Hospitality, at least 3 years in sales or customer service, and strong MS Office skills; English is a plus.

We are looking for an energetic, well-presented, and professional individual to join our team as a Sales Showroom & Admin Support, also responsible for Reception duties and supporting cooking demo events in our premium showroom.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist showroom visitors professionally.

Provide product consultation and handle sales of premium kitchen appliances.

Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.

Handle sales administration and data entry.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers.

Support cooking demo preparation and promotional events.

Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and professional presentation of the reception area, showroom, and toilet facilities at all times.

About you

Minimum diploma degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Hospitality.

Minimum 3 year of experience in sales or customer service.

Well-groomed, communicative, and professional.

Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

English proficiency is a plus.
