Job summary

Responsibilities include creating quotations, coordinating with warehouse for stock and delivery, and maintaining an attractive showroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Retail, Showroom, Sales Assistant, SPG/SPB, Customer Service, or similar role.
• Experience in furniture, interior, home living, building materials, electronics, or retail industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Handle customer questions and complaints with appropriate solutions

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Retail, Sales Showroom, Sales Assistant, SPG/SPB, Customer Service, or similar position

Experience in Furniture, Interior, Home Living, Building Material, Electronics, or Retail industries is an advantage

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and able to work with KPI systems

Neat appearance, polite, and confident

Able to operate Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business

Honest, disciplined, responsible, with good problem-solving abilities

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays according to showroom operations
