Job summary

PT Mastrada is seeking an energetic culinary demonstrator to showcase products and train customers in Jakarta. The role requires strong cooking skills, customer-facing presence, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to meet brand targets.

The candidate should have 1–2 years kitchen experience, Bahasa and English fluency, and a willingness to travel for events or demonstrations. A own vehicle is preferred for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Culinary, F&B, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen or culinary experience.
• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, bakery, catering company, or central kitchen.
• Good cooking and food-presentation skills.
• Understand kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Confident speaking and cooking in front of customers.
• Friendly, creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Sales-minded and able to work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.
• Willing to travel and work at events when needed.
• Must have their own vehicle and willing use their vehicle for customer visits or work related

Responsibilities

• Conduct cooking and equipment demonstrations.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Support the Sales team during customer visits and presentations.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve the company’s sales and brand targets.
• Support brand growth through product demonstrations, customer training, events
• Help the Sales team find opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Help increase brand awareness, customer interest, sales opportunities
• Create recipes and ideas for product applications.
• Assist with workshops, exhibitions, product launches, and customer training.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the demonstration kitchen.
