PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced logistics sales professional to develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones in the Indonesia market.

You will understand customer needs, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners, and monitor shipments to resolve issues.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in international freight forwarding sales or import/export operations.
• Experience in acquiring new clients and managing relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Logistics industry experience preferred.
• Driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
